- My goal was to take you through my experience in making boba.
- Sadly I did not accomplish my goal because I wasn’t able to get the right consistency for the boba.
- Next time I wouldn’t try to make boba from scratch again unless someone was by my side teaching me and instead I would use prepackaged boba so I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble again.
- I would like to vlog again because it’s a fun way to document your experiences. While a picture can say a thousand words, you can relive your experiences through videos.
- My favorite youtubers, I couldn’t choose just one, would be Pewdiepie and Simplynailogical.
- I love what they do because it’s so interesting to see what they think about topics and their videos are always entertaining to watch.
- These youtubers don’t vlog, but I guess I could try to work on perspectives because it wasn’t easy trying to show what I was doing while I was doing it.
- Authenticity is reality. There isn’t anything that you’re trying to hide or fabricate.
- Performance is when you’re doing something for the purpose of showing others. You can tell stories or make things up to add to your performance.
- I think they can exist together because while you can be authentic, when you’re trying to illustrate something you can add to it and make it a performance while you’re telling your story.
- I think the at home interview is more authentic because you’re not in a place where all eyes are on you and you’ve gone to rehearsals to prepare for a show. The studio ones are more performative because they have to entertain the audience in person and online and the people have been done up to be more presentable on air. In the at home ones, there’s no one to help them set up aside from themselves, I would assume, since we’re all self-quarantining during this time.
